    Ross Miller


    Ross Miller is an experienced Finance and Technology executive with a long history of delivering complex projects. After a long career at senior level in Finance in Lend Lease, he set up the IT department at GPT after they split from Lend Lease. Highlights of the last 6 years include the building of a strategy to move implementation a new ERP solution that included SAP, HFM and Sharepoint, the Virtualisation of the environment GPT to best practise IT solutions. Ross was a key member of the team that delivered the new workplace for GPT that is built around Activity Based Working and designed on the principals of IWMS. Ross is a leading thinker on Operational Intelligence and the connected and smart buildings of the future. During Ross’s tenure at Lend Lease he spent more than 10 years in senior roles on all aspects of Real Estate management from Centre Operations to asset forecasting and valuations and Fund Accounting and Treasury. More recently Ross has set up the Asia Pacific practise of NOI Strategies and built a growing business focussed on Real Estate solutions, strategy and process improvement. Ross has a proven track record in matching Strategies to meet business outcomes and expectations.
